START-UP INFORMATION
Elite Health Plan of California intends to begin enrolling members residing in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties at the next Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) beginning October 15, 2025 - December 7, 2025, for coverage starting January 1, 2026. Of note, after AEP, there are also special enrollment periods available for specific circumstances during the year.
